Pandan

I like the taste and smell of Pandan. In HK we call it 班蘭 (i hope im right). Anyway, it's a tropical plant used in SE Asia cuisine. Food with it added becomes green. My favorite color green. Below is a pack of the best cookies in the world, haha, from a shop called S&P in Thailand.

And last week I visited a shop in Central called Green Waffle Dining. As a respect to the shop, we ordered the green waffle which is in pandan flavor. The waffle is so "fuwa fuwa", but no pandan taste AT ALL. If anyone knows any good pandan flavored products in HK, please give me a call.
