茶碗蒸し
我對著日本人朋友Satomi有一句口頭蟬: "先輩、茶碗蒸し食べたいよ",即是好想食茶碗蒸。那意思當然不是要她帶我去食,而是要她親手弄,我要嘗嘗日本人家庭茶碗蒸的味道!
由於我不斷纏繞,Satomi終於答應了這個麻煩的請求,上星期買了材料過來下廚。我想說的是,茶碗蒸的煮法並不簡易,都有一定的難度及技巧。我不會再這裡公開先輩的秘方,哈哈,總之就非常好味,一食難忘呀!現在我終於明白壽司店為何會索價150-200yen,因為那不是普通的蒸蛋哦。
