皮蛋
前星期集體從東京的一家中國雜貨店訂了一堆中國食品,其中包括了40隻皮蛋(真的!我們3個人買了兩盒40隻皮蛋,一定是瘋了)。
因為有了皮蛋,所以我弄了皮蛋肉碎粥。泰國BIG則做了一道泰國皮蛋菜,同樣好吃!應該下星期會再食,正在想可以做些甚麼出來。
