麻婆豆腐
日本的中華料理有兩大台柱,第一就是青椒肉絲,二就是麻婆豆腐。前者一點都不好食,後者我又覺得他們弄得不正宗。所以上星期我負責煮麻婆豆腐給同學食,等大家一嘗較中國的味道。
這就是我的作品,特地加了香港辣椒油,令味覺更加刺激!同學大讚好食,不吃豆腐的瑞典人都吃了三碗飯,原來我真的懂做菜的!
