我愛煎豆腐
朋友從香港而來,就讓她嘗一晚家常便飯吧。
泰國Karn負責兩道菜,我同樣也是兩道。是晚決定煮難度非常高的蠔油煎豆腐,得到周太的tips幫助,完成成功,令我覺得有家的味道!第二道菜是中式豬排,找李錦記幫了一把,味道當然沒問題。
